On 14 June 2013 I had an accident with my motorbike. The report of the incident and the assessment went Ok, but after that it was one long frustration. Nothing happened. I had to make everything happen. I was never contacted until I phoned on 4 July to ask what I must do next? Pietie said "sorry" she had to phone me and told me what to do. I came back from holiday and handed everything in as asked on 12 July to Tesu. I was promised that everything will be fine and that I will soon receive payment. I was contacted during the week of 17 July by their third party Orico and asked to hand in the same papers that I already handed in on the 12th.
During this whole time I, the client was doing the phoning. No messages was left and I was also not phoned by them after numerous promises that they will phone back. It seems like the once personal Indwe that promise to go the extra mile does not exist any more. Instead, you phone into a black hole with empty promises. The one hand Indwe, does not know what the other Orico is doing. I, the client am the middle man! The company is growing itself to death! Today 19 July I have still not received payment.
