I have been trying since November 2013 to rectify our policy which was changed by Indwe without any notice. Finally after 1 MONTH of constant emails and calls i have managed to get the policy right. However during this time the premium has also changed a few times. As of today i'm not even sure what the correct premium is any more but without fail Indwe has the audacity to debit the account for whatever amount they wish with promised rebates not forthcoming. I have been been in contact numerous times with Annaline Kawalpersadh and Gwendoline Osborne since 11 December 2012 in order to determine the correct premium and rebates due. As of today 15 January 2014 i have not had ANY feedback on my query. It's always a case of "We'll get back to you" or "I have asked for a premium breakdown" OVER a month has passed without feedback. We have been a client for over 25 years and do not expect to keep on begging for feedback. This is absolutely disgusting and i would not recommend any body to deal with Indwe risk services Pietermaritzburg!!!
