I was in dire straits and my friend sent me Standard Bank Instant money, I've tried for more than 2 hours and 5 different ATM's but keep getting the same response WE ARE SORRY, WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR REQUEST DUE TO A TECHNICAL PROBLEM. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER... try again later? who is going to reimburse my fuel expense and time wasted??? I'm back to square one still no money... very disappointed
