Instant money voucher redeemed but money not recei

On the 17th Jan 2014, I received an instant money voucher of R2600. I went to Standardbank Sandton City ATMs to redeem the voucher. After entering password and voucher number, the ATM jammed before I could receive the money. I went inside the branch were they were unable to help me redeem the voucher and advised me to contact instant money vouchers (IM). I went back to work and called IM and spoke to Themba (ref 193080) who confirmed that the voucher was redeemed but the money was not withdrawn from the ATM and said I should go back to the bank and send an email to IM on my behalf. I spent over 2 hours at the bank were the branch was interacting with IM and the matter was not resolved. The branch manager said there is nothing they can do as the custodians of the ATM from hich I withdrew the money were not on site but assured me that IM would refund me. I called IM on Friday and they informed me that the email from the branch was not sent. I called stdbank customer care and spoke to Neelam Mansraj who sent the mail (gijima ref 56745935). IM promised to investigate and contact me. Yesterday I called IM and they informed me that the case has been closed becase there was no credit.
