Instant Money NOT that Instant

Received an Instant Money voucher which claims it can be redeemed at any Standard Bank ATM, after trying four different ATMs and then going into a branch to ask the teller for assistants only to be told that they cannot give me my money.

I must go to an ATM that has the correct denominations, apparently most ATMs only have 50s, 100s and 200s and therefore any amount not made up with these values cannot be redeemed!
