I'm based in London so I haven't used my account for about a year now (although I do log on once a month just to check the balance) and now Nedbank have decided it's a dormant account and rendered it inactive - which means I can't actually use it now (when I need to) to transfer money.
However, I'm still being charged for SELF SERVICE BANKING FEE!! Even though I can't actually do any self service or transfers.
Either keep the account active and charge the SELF SERVICE BANKING FEE or make it dormant and don't charge the fee Nedbank!!
Also, it's not possible to reactivate an account from overseas which is a big problem...
