I've been a client with FNB for over 5 years now... I do not get any joy out of them!!! I have applied for vehicle finance from them it was declined for some thing that even them do not know what I owe them money for the one thing the could say is Direct access.. An account I settled in 2008 with them already but do they update systems??? No, the latest is Mafuri finance, when asked to send me the details for I do not know these people or what it is for I need to see who I apparently owe money and what for... they cannot assist... So now I must pay some institution for moneys not owed by me I am sure and are therefore not considered for a loan from them for vehicle finance!!! If u cannot supply me with the documents needed for this alleged loan for??? Clear this from my name!!!
