Failing to help customers

My account is dormant, i never gave authority to put my account in a dormant state and i was
never notified that my account will go dormant. I am currently in Indonesia and it is impossible
to come into a FNB branch to reactivate my account after Pinky Duiker from President street
West said a direct deposit will reactivate my account, today my sister went into FNB in
Woodmead to make a deposit and the Teller refused and said i must come in, I am 18000km
away from SA i can not come in, i am waiting for my pension money to be paid into my account
and it cant be paid because FNB has put my account in a dormant state. If i dont get that money i cant renew my visa and then i will be arrested and deported, you can call me on 006281259288055
