FNB does not accept liability

On the 17/11/2013 my money was withdrawn at FNB Easy Plan Tramshed, Pretoria, while my card was with me and my cell phone did not notify me of the withdrawal that was made. On the 18/11/2013 i went to FNB Prinsloo Street, Pretoria to check my statement like i normally do every month and i found that a withdrawal of R2100 was made on my account, then on the 19/11/2013 i went back to FNB Prinsloo to report the case and they forwarded my case to their Department and it took 4 weeks for a feedback on my case. Then on the 20/12/2013 a lady called Bianca Khoza from FNB Department telling me that they do not take liability or refund me my money because the real card was used, they say the chip and the card number is visible, now i asked her how can that be possible because the card was with me when the withdrawal was made, she said she will send me the footage of the video to identify the person responsible but it will take months and months before i get the footage. I opened a case at the Pretoria Central Police Station on the same day to speed up the process of the footage from FNB Easy Plan Tramshed, Pretoria. Until now there is no outcome of my case thus far.
