My name is joel molobela, on the 09/07/2013 at 17h19, I got sms from Absa that an Atm withdrawal is taking place, I had my card with me at the moment, When I inquire the following day, I was told that someone came in with my ID and ask for a new card. that's when I realised that my ID was missing (the internal part, i was only left with the covers). How can someone used my ID to claim inside a bank? Absa was negligent. I need my refund of R2900 withdrawn. Can they check
their video footage who the person was, because I have now opened a case of, the case number is 26/7/2013 at Sabie police station in mpumalanga
