First National Bank
FNB Chip and pin cards ot safe to use

On 01/03/2013 my purse were from me at my local supermarket, about 9 min later the cloned my FNB card and withdrawn my whole month's wage. It took me just over 11 min to get the phone number to cancel my FNB chip and pin card. I reported the matter to FNB department on 01/03/2013; the FNB consultant replied that they would need 7 working days to investigate the matter.

During that time I was lucky enough to get video footage from the supermarket as well as footage from the ATM where the money was withdrawn. Unluckily I'm not able to paste the videos on here but it is available on request to any one that can help to identify the culprits, or case 22/03/2013 at Newcastle police station.
On 12/03/2013 FNB department replied that they are not going cover or refund me in this matter with the reason being that it's impossible to clone a chip and pin card.

This is a huge concern for all FNB clients with chip and pin cards, on youtube it's easy to see how they did it.

FNB department didn't even care to lodge an investigation into this case as they said they would

Yours sincerely
