On 3/08/2013 a cash withdrawal was made from my account which I did not give consent for, on 04/08/2013 I logged a case with the call centre and I was given a case number and since then I have not heard anything regarding my case. On 23/08/2013 I went to the branch in Montana pretoria at the kolonnade mall and after holding on for 30 min I was told that they can not help me. any feedback would help.
