On the 25th of july 2013 I reported a case at stdbank money was withdrawn into my account at Randburg ATM an amount of R5000, They told me they will investigate the matter later after 2 weeks they called to say they disputing my compalin because there is not enough evidence. When this happened I was at work with my cards an they told me that they cant help me. I took the matter to Ombudsman which she was busy communicating with me asking for the proof that i was at work when this incident happen i send her a proof from out HR. REF# 3325278. Where we suppose to get help they were heartless to help and they were easily to reject everything. It shows our money is not safe at all cause everything was done outside.
