Someone bumped into my car in December 2013, I did put in my claim at Miway and had to do following up on them cause nobody gave me any feedback. Yesterday when i phoned them the lady (Maggy Kgatle) at Miway was helping me, she promised to phone me back at 3 o'clock because the claims department was having a high volume calls, she did as she promised se phoned me at 3 and put me through to the claims department where i got helped by another lady. Later the day Maggy phoned me again just to ask if i got helped. We need more Maggys at Miway! Thank you for this great service.
