Money fraudently withdrawn from my accounts

On the 24 & 25th May 2013 i have received an sms reporting that money has been withdrawn from my accounts (cheque, credit and puresave). i then phoned the bank to report this as i had all my cards with me. they then stopped the card and informed me to go to the branch to open the case, i did that on the same day. the following week i enquired to check with the bank on what is going to happen; i was told that they are busy with query. they only send me two affidavits for cheque and credit accounts for completion the 29th May 2013 around 15h59. I did complete the affidavit forms and attached the required documents such as copies of the front and back cards and send it back to them on the 30th. I am now in no position of any money as all my accounts were wiped out. I am a single parent of two dependants, which i need to provide for my family. Im still waiting for a refund. i have been banking with standard bank since 1996 to date and trusted them with my hard earned salary, even have a bond with them. I hope my salary of 15 June 2013 will still be safe. i request that standard bank completes this query urgently as i have been inconvienced greatly.
