On the 27th of August 2013, Thabisile Nxumalo and Sifiso Cebekhulu requested credit bureaus to update their records on my credit card as paid in full. Then on the 28th of August, Margaret Malindisa responded "Your request has been processed and completed by Transunion... Tu 657845019"
on the 2nd of September, email from Thabisile "Please be advised that the updates have been completed".
I obtained my credit report form ITC yesterday and NO updates DONE, it stil says there's a balance of R751. I don't know what to do now coz I've been applying for a cellphone contract and every1 declines. MXIM
