Loyalty programme not fai

Used my greenbacks to purchase a gift on net florist, order went through . contacted Netflorist who said that Nedbank must send them the order so that it can be delivered the same day. Contacted the Nedbank call centre and advised them of the urgency of the matter, was given a reference number. Contacted them again to be told someone will call me back. Contacted the call centre for the third time after no one called me back to be told that it has been escalated. The cutt off time for net florist was reached and the gift wont be delivered due to the sluggishness of Nedbank. Why offer a loyalty programme is it is alot of nonsense? This is the second time this has occured...
