Nedbank Reward Programme Greenbacks

Frid 22/11/13 I contacted Nedbank Greenbacks to redeem my greenbacks for a R1800 Makro Voucher. I received an email from Nedbank 22/11/2013 confirming that this had been done ref no 1034737 and would
be available to me within 48 hours. On the 26/11 I had still received no communication and on followup was told it would be 3 days ref no 65848314. Today is the 5th working day with no further communication I once again contacted them and was told that the cell no supplied was incorrect as the sms was returned on the 26/11/2013, however, it was confirmed that the cell number supplied by myself was defnitely correct. They could also have checked my profile details poor excuse for this delay. I received 2X 3D ref no from Nedbank with regard to online purchasing on the 26th and I also received 2X OTP numbers yesterday with regard to once off payments. I have now once again being informed that I would need to wait another 3 working days ref 65888896. In totality I have spent 56 minutes on the phone trying to redeem these greenbacks. If we talk reward programme then it would have to be the ebuck reward with FNB hassle free and easy to redeem.
