I purchased a perfume gift pack via Netflorist for the amount of R729.98. The gift was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of Dec 2013. After phoning the call centre to track the package, I was told that it would only be delivered the following day. I then cancelled the order and I was told that my money will be credited back imto my bank account. Today is the 4th of Jan exactly a month ago and my monies has still not been paid. I sent numerous emails and each time a consultant called Zanaib just apologises because their accounts dept didnt process my payment. I have also tried to contact the Net-florist call centre but if seems like they were closed during the festive season. I am now frustrated because I dont see why I need to beg for my own monies!!!
