I ordered an iPad Mini through the Nedbank Greenbacks Reward Programme on 19 November 2013 which I have not yet received. I called Nedbank early in December to let them know that I had not received the product when they told me it usually takes between 7 and 14 days.

By today, 18 December, I had still not received the product so I called the Nedbank helpline where I spoke to 3 different consultants and was on the call for a total of 43 minutes most of the time waiting for them to get back to me. The call eventually died and I have no intention of calling the helpline again to be put on hold for another 43 minutes.

The problem now is that I do not know when the product will be delivered. My helper has gone on leave and I will soon be going on leave. My housesitter may not be at home should Nedbank eventually decide to carry out their obligation to deliver the product.

The lack of delivery of the product and the absence of an explanation is extremely poor service. If Nedbank cannot deliver these products then they should not offer them to their clients.
