I hit a pothole Monday the 7th Jan and my mag was completely damaged as well as the mechanism for the window on the left hand side. There were other damages that the original assessor found. I picked up problems from the beginning where one consultant told me one thing and 3days later we were still arguing as to whether we would be covered or not. Eventually when MiWay decided they would cover they told us the vehicle was not drivable. I had to collect the courtesy vehicle on Friday 11th Jan. We had a 20 day rental period of which you have to pay a fuel deposit. MiWay still hadnt authorised for my vehicle to go to the repair shop however started on my rental period. It was 7 days before my vehicle was authorised to go in. Still not drivable but had to drive it there. Coming back to us, all that needed to be repaired would be and we would have it back by the 31st. 31st came and i was told to take the rental back. My car was not ready. 2days later i collected my car. Half of what was meant to be fixed wasnt. Vehicle came back in worse condition. From Sat i was told by different consultants i would receive another rental free. Today I am told i need to pay for it again. Incompetence?
