I scheduled to book my vehicle in for repair today after being advised by Miway that my rental vehicle will be ready by the time i drop off my vehicle today.
Besides the fact that i haven't received any feedback from Miway, after a couple of follow-up, they are now telling me that i cannot get the rental vehicle, as previously advised.
The attitude and call drops i got from the call centre as well were really uncalled for an unprofessional.
So much for doing thing "my way".
