On the 2nd of September 2013 my vehicle was sent in for repairs to the left hand passenger door after a motor bike without insurance damaged my vehicle. My insurance was quoted 5 - 7 working days for the vehicle to be repaired and I was given a rental vehicle on my insurance that I pay for. 3 weeks later my vehicle was supposedly ready for repairs. I went to collect my vehicle and alas it was not ready and the old parts were being fitted on the vehicle. I went back the following day and my vehicle was still not ready. The 3 consecutive day when I went in to collect my vehicle, their buffer had left yellow / mustard circles on my vehicle and they had broken the bonnet lever. The strips that were glued on were coming off and the vehicle was more scratched and gauged then when it went in for repairs. Shezi claimed that the assessors high definition photographs showed the scratched on the vehicle. No where on these photographs do these scratches show. My vehicle was then supposedly being re-polished and sprayed. A month later my vehicle was delivered in a worse scratched condition & now between Scratch mobile and the assessor I am being blamed for something that was not me with proof
