BAD ATTITUDE - BAD SERVICE

We have (had) a policy with Momentun Short Term insurance for a motor vehicle. The vehicle was is a accident on 30/01/2013. As advised, we took the rental car option on the policy, through Momentum which use Avis. Just for the record, Avis is not the problem here. Momentum appointed Alberante Autospray in Alberton. No follow up of progress was made on the repairs from Momentum side, and as a matter of fact, nothing happened to the vehicle for about 20 days. The rental period for the vehicle is 30 days, and when WE started following up regarding the progress of the repairs, and WE realised that the vehicle will not be finished in the 30 day rental period, we contacted Momentum for assistance, and also enquired regarding the extension of the rental period. They refused outright to extend the rental period, hiding behind thir policies and also absolving them and their supplier from any wrong doing. Some fancy Pontius Pilate stunt. They have no intention of helping and then they have the arrogance to phone the client and tell them that they will charge for the extra hours that we have the vehicle. The manager that phoned was arrogant, unhelpfull and borderline rude. DONT USE MOM STI!!!
