After an incident, miway was swift to assist me and arranged for my car to be repaired. After that however things went sour.
The panel beater I was sent to gave the worst service I have ever seen. Miway was never involved in giving feedback or checking in to see how the progress is. They just seemed to have a "i don't care" attitude throughout the whole process.
Understanding that this was not entirely Miway's problem I tolerated it to a certain point. I agreed to renting a vehicle at my own expense for the 3 weeks and I notified the claims advisor that I will ONLY be paying for the 3 weeks rental as that was the original agreement. I did however rent a vehicle for almost 8 weeks and miway simply does not care to compensate for the rental. After numerous emails the claims advisor, miway just stopped responding.
