MISSING PAYMENTS!!!

I MADE A PAYMENT OF R500 TO A CAPITEC BANK ACCOUNT FOR RUGBY TICKETS ON THE 25TH OF JAN, BENEFICIARY TOLD ME MONEY WASNT RECIEVED. I DID THE PAYMENT AGAIN ON THE 30TH AND SHE THEN AGAIN TOLD ME IT WASNT RECIEVED. I PHONED FNB BEFORE I MADE THE 2ND PAYMENT TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT TOOK 2-3 DAYS TO TRACE THE MONEY AND THAT THEY WOULD PHONE ME, AS BOTH PAYMENTS WAS EMMEDIATE PAYMENTS IT COST ME R38 PER TRANSACTION SO IT MEANS I LOST R1056 AND NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS. I PHONE FNB, MY WIFE PHONED FNB BUT TO NO AVAIL. ITS ALREADY BEEN 10 DAYS SINCE THE FIRST PAYMENT AND IM STILL NOT ANY WISER TO WHERE THE MONEY IS. EVERYTIME I PHONE THEY SAY THEY GOING TO PHONE BACK TO TRACE THE MONEY BUT THEY NEVER DO. I DEMAND A EXPLANATION TO WHERE THE MONEY IS AND IM DONE WAITING. IF IT WAS THE OTHER WAY AROUND AND I OWED FNB MONEY THEY WOULD HAVE SORTED IT OUT LONG AGO. IM DONE PHONING AND IM DONE WAITING FOR MY MONEY. THIS IS REALLY BAD FOR A BANK THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE BEST IN THE MARKET, IF THE MONEY ISNT WITH CAPITEC LIKE THEY TOLD ME THEN IT SHOULD BE WITH FNB. I WANT MY R1000 AND MY 2 TRANSACTION FEES BACK FOR THE PAYMENTS NEVER WENT THROUGH!!!
