I was at the Silverton branch of FNB on numerous occasions.
It is always dreary and slow despite the fact that I went on weekdays during the morning during times of the month that banks are generally fast and efficient. A family member has been trying to see an employee there for 2 weeks and was contacted by the bank's Lawyers for failure to make payments, yet it has been impossible to get fast service to correct the error in the 2 weeks before the case was handed over.
