FNB refuses to give client her money!!

On 25th September, I transferred money into an FNB beneficiary account. That money has still not been recieved by the beneficiary.
I requested a full investigation by my bank to determine that the money had indeed been moved out of my account and into FNB. It had.
The beneficiary contacted, who is an FNB client, contacted FNB with the proof of payment.

More than six weeks later, my FNB beneficiary still has not recieved her money and it is still lying somewhere in FNB. How am I supposed to conduct business with ANY FNB client when I have no idea whether they actually get their payments or not??? Utterly disgusted with FNB.
