Shocking Service

I went to std bank a couple of weeks ago. the lady helped me to add a beneficiary on my acc. I gave her all the details and for what bank it is. so after she loaded I asked her if it is correct and she said yes. so I went outside to make a payment of 6810. after a couple of days I wanted to use my nedbank credit card, but it said no funds. I went to nedbank the next day and they said no payment has been made. so after investigation we found that the lady selected FNB as the beneficiary and not Nedbank. so I went to nedbank asked if they have a account number like that they said no. went back to syd bank to tell the manager their they don't have such a bank acc. so now the money is missing and its not my fault, and nedbank is penalising me for none payments. they said I have to wait 10 days before getting my money back. but its not my fault. the money should be their since their is not such a bank acc number at fnb.
I have made the complaint at std bank and they even haven't phoned me back yet. and to top it all off, they send my c/card to the wrong branch after I told them N1 City.

So I think its vlippen ridiculous. they don't care about us small people. I am busy closing it
