Unhelpfull and useless

My husband has a loan account with capitec and due to the constant strikes his loan is now behind on payments. When I phoned the call centre to ask for banking details for an internet payment as we both work 24/7 and am not able to even think of a bank much less go into a bank the agent told me that sorry mam you have to go into the bank and pay the money into the account via deposit. Well sorry CAPITEC as I mentioned time and time again I CAN NOT GET INTO A BANK!!! Do you really think I would phone for banking details and reference number for me to make a payment if I could get into the stupid bank?
Even though I have struggled like this just for details I am still making payments into the account via internet banking by simply using my husbands loan account number (I dont know if capitec gets the payments or allocates them to the loan). Now capitec phones everyone that is up as a reference for payment instead of phoning my husband whose cellphone number they have. If you gave the details in the start we would not be having this headache.
