Going the Extra Mile

I was robbed in a park by a man whilst walking my dog over the weekend.

This morning I sent the claim form through but received no info thereafter. I called a few times but got no joy.
Then at around 15H10 I called back and got through to Deidre Booysen, a very pleasant and helpful lady.
Without me even asking, she gave me her personal email address and said that she would sort it out for me.

She has been doing some of her magic since that call, because I have subsequently received a call to go and collect my replacement.

Well done Ms Booysen, you have truly been a big help to me and Pinnacle Marketing.
