Standards Bank Insurance - Is the worst

My currant claim has been rejected, according to what the assessor is stating, he told me that every thing im
claiming for is a Construction Error. Now I moved into the house with out nowing what a contruction error is.
Yes it is my duty to keep the house in a good condition. That is why I paint the house and keep it nice and clean. I am not an experst in construction and is not a qualified builder.
They Declined Tha garage that is now busy braking. My car is standing outside with in the weather.
then coming to my house they cant approve the claim either due to a Defective designers construction.
Now to further my dispute i need to get another assessor out and do a reassessment after i have done it twice before they desided that they send one of there own.
The worst is just trying to phone them and get feedback from them. It takes you about 15 min before someone answers a phone. Then when you ask them for a Manager no manager is available. Spoke to Nonnudli and she forward me to another consultant Zandi, When asking for teh internal dicpute depatrment to take maters up she can put me trew to someone and responded they can only comunicate by mail.
