SHOCKING SERVICE

My Samsung Galaxy went into MTN Rondebult on the 2 September, my LCD screen was cracked, on the 5 September MTN notified me that I need to contact my insurance to claim. I contacted Pinnacle Marketing on the 6 Septemebr and filled out a claim form and was told the moment they received my excess payment they will go ahead with the claim. I was notified it would take 7 working days there after.

Today is the 18 September, it took them 2 days to even pick up payment which was emailed directly through to the email address provided. it took them 3 days to even collect my phone from the MTN store to take it for repairs, where I heard every excuse under the sun for not collecting my phone, including the line was too long!!!

I am still waiting to find out when I am going to get my phone back this after a very cheeky lady notified me that it was now going to take a further 14 working days as they have ordered the part...

I will NEVER EVER take out any insurance or anything that has to do with Pinnacle marketing.

They are unprofessional and very quick to debit your account for the monthly fees but heaven forbid you actually lay a claim then they doing you a FAVOUR!!!
