FNB- HOW CAN WE YOUR MONEY??

After being shocked with a sms informing me that FNB has debited R5852 which was an unauthorised debit order, i had contacted FNB, the relevant department and then went to the branch where i opened this account and spoke to the branch manager. He then contacted the Collections department and tried to explain my financial situation to them however they had refused to listen. he then requested that Collin Van Mullen (Head of Collections) contact me in this regard which he did. He was the most arrogant man i have ever spoken to and he refused to let me explain anything to him. in all the frustration, i told him off and hung up. This man doesnt understand that i am the breadwinner in my home supporting my husband and 2 small kids on a contractual based employment. This is the 2nd month im working in almost 3 years of unemployment. He clearly prefers me paying an overdue acc than allowing me to cater for the bare essentials my family needs! i had reduced my standard of living to accomodate my family's needs and travel 130 KMs a day just to have a job and provide the basics. I WANT ALL MY MONEY REFUNDED TO ME AS I CANNOT SURVIVE THE NEXT 5 WEEKS! THIS IS PATHETIC REALLY!!!
