Pathetic service after good service

I had an insurance claim and was wonderfully assisted by Deidre Booysen, who must has escalated the claim to Patiswa Mkatshane!

In our discussion we discussed what I qualify for, and that I would need to pay an excess.

I went to the store to collect my replacement phone, and received a replacement document which indicated the excess payable by me. I asked the very helpful girl at Mtn Rondebosch if that was all. She said yes, showed me the replacement form, which I had to sign to say I accepted the excess.

Now I get a call from Patiswa saying I never paid the betterment excess, who not shy of accused me of deliberately not paying it. Her attitude was disgusting! She even threatened that the store would block my phone!

Again, the replacement form that was given to me by the store, which I signed and was now sent to me has no betterment excess. I paid as requested and as the form said I must pay!

How would I not know she did not make a mistake and rectified it by the time I got to the store? I did as any person would. I paid as the form (invoice) said I needed to!

I am highly annoyed! Especially after receiving such good service from Deidre, who was exceptionally helpful!
