Unfortunately I have had the need for 2 insurance claims in a months time, but I will definitely not complain about the service I have received for the helpful staff of the 24hour Mobility call centre that are so very efficient, helpful and understanding. Reinhardt was extremely helpful in the end of Feb with my first claim for my Samsung S3 and just a month later after it was, Tshireletso helped me to claim for my replacement handset again. I am veryg grateful for all they have done for me and I am very proud to call myself a 24hour Mobility client. Keep up the good work guys!
