WESBANK NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY

I traded my vehicle in on 24/01/2013 and still R2139.94 went off my bank account via debit order on 01/02/2013. Today is the 5th and this refund amount is still not reflecting on my account.
I have contacted the callcentre and held on for at least 40min and got cutt of 3 times. I mail [Email Removed] and get this read response "Your message was deleted without being read on Tuesday, February 05, 2013 11:41:57 AM (GMT 02:00) Harare, Pretoria."

Brilliant service i must add. Please kindly refund this amount back to my bank account details, and confirm once done.
