2 DEBIT ORDERS INSTATED - REQUESTED REFUND NO RESP

On the 26th of July 2013, two debit orders from Toyfin was successfully debited from my FNB bank account. One manual debit order for R1775.00 and one Naedos order for R2600.00.
I have given a Toyfin a breakdown of the refund, yet NO response since Tuesday 30th July and they say 48hours turn around time. If I don't have the funds back in my account by 12pm tonight (2 Aug 2013) will I take the matter further. You guys are quick to respond when payment is due, but take you r sweet time to respond to more pressing matters.

Total due end July including arrears installment = R3018.89 (rounded amount R3020.00)
Amount paid from my bank account = R4375.00
Refund amount to me from Wesbank = R1355.00

URGENT MATTER - request REFUND R1355.00
