Driving around with a cracked windscreen

I claimed for a cracked windscreen on 24/01/13. I was told my policy needed to be resubmitted. Outsurance deducted the premium from my fiance's account on 30/001/13. I called outaurance to go ahead with the windshield claim. They said we needed a bank statement which we emailed through on the same day. I've heard nothing back and they cannot tell me if they received the statement or not. This is shocking. The money has been paid. When will my claim be processed?!! Shoddy service.
