Hallo. I currently work/live in Malawi but still have a vehicle in RSA financed by Wesbank. I send an email on January 25th, February 7th and February 22nd, asking them to change my details and move my debit order to a later date because it is quite a mission to get money from here to RSA. On the first email I had an automated response saying that they will contact me, from there, nothing. It is a month later already. Besides that, my sister in law phoned 4 times to get the same "sorry we can't help because it is not your acount" answer. Well, my debit order was returned to them unpaid because no money in SA bank acc yet. I am sure NOW I will get response from them... or not? Come on Wesbank, surely you can do better than this?
