FNB BUSINESS ACCOUNT

2013 December i applied for a business account online i was contacted by a call centre agent (lucky shilowa), after completing all the necessary requirements i had no feed back.i tried contacting him to find out as what is happening, what he told me is i will be contacted . the question is how long must i wait to know if my application is successful? really disappointed i should have stick to my bank that offers less.
