Usiness on hold waiting for speedpoint

On the 6th March 2013 I applied for a business account with FNB of which the service was impeccable. I then applied for a speedpoint with Altech Nupay who approved me. I happened to mentioned that to Lucinder that i have been approved by Altech Nupay. She then advised me not to go with Nupay and showed me how much I could save if I stick with FNB.

They promised to call within 3 days which never happened. I was then advised to reapply as they couldn't find my previous application, which I did. I was to be contacted within 15 hours which hasn't happened up till today.
The painful thing is I had to do business in KZN where I desperately needed the speed point. The unfortunate part I lost that business due to FNB's incompetence. The first thing I did when I came back to Johannesburg, I went back to FNB Rosebank where I spent hours and I was told they would contact me after 2pm. The dilemma is I'm still waiting for that 2pm call. I'm loosing business and I cannot function without the speed point. I just need to know if my application has been approved or not.
This is where I'm confused why they use the slogan" HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" if they cannot help me.
