No Response on overdraft application

I applied for an overdraft facility on my Business Account on the 21st of April, on the 2nd a call centre agent, Khumbodzo Mikosi contacted me to inform me that my application has been forwarded to the credit department and that they would call me back within 24 hours. It is now almost 2 weeks later, and I havent been called back. Whenever I try call, it takes approximately 15minutes before someone answers and use the reference number given to me 1-717060266, I get told that the application cannot be traced. Today I managed to find out that a gentelman by the name of Temba is handling the application, but that (no surprise) he is not currently in the office and that he will call me back. I doubt I will ever hear from him unless I make another call, and waste another 30 minutes of my time and my airtime.

Totally unacceptable service. would change banks if it wasn't such a hassle, and the others were not equally as useless.
