Ordinarily, we would not complain against any bank that obviously has certain procedures in place. But Absa is the most inconsiderate, incompetent and most unprofessional bank we have come across. Really.
To be a bit more specific, one Willie Els, who happens to work for Absa in some department, comes across as a downright amateur, to say the least!
Els's behaviour in a telephonic discussion creates the distinct impression that this fellow desperately requires serious training in Public Relations. To this end, several examples can (and will be) cited. At this juncture, it is more than sufficient for us to say that if Absa has 'personnel' such as Willie Els handling rather intricate situations on behalf of Absa, save us all!!!
