I received an email from "ABSA" regarding SARS that deposited x -amount in my bank account... I NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS FROM ABSA but because it was the SPECiFIC AMOUNT that I know SARS deposited in my bank account I logged in on ABSA`s SITE where I received a RVN pin from ABSA to my my cell where I logged in... And a couple of thousand rand was taken out of my bank account!!!
I WANNA know how its possible that have access/know how much SARS is depositing in my bank account (please do NOT tell me they guessed etc)!!! cause that's the reason why I logged in!!!
ABSA is BAD BAD BAD!!!
The lady from the department told me that they can't reverse my money but wanna do an investigation & everything but what's the USE!!! I thought its policy if they know was taken place that they'll refund the money!!! Sad thing is I have been with ABSA since it was Volkskas Bank... Sooooo dissapointed in them!!! Considering going to FNB!!!
I'm an actor in South Africa AND I PROMISE I will promote/punt FNB at the interviews and I will tell the people how bad ABSA is!
