Good Day

My name is Mr. Hall, I have a debt order on my ABSA check acc. for my ABSA Credit Card, the agreed debt order date is the 26th of every month and has been like this for years or any time after due to public holidays Sundays etc.

I received a notification that a debt order went off 24/04/2013 for my Credit Card, I only get paid on the 25 of every month, now my account is in arrears and as such I will incur additional charges, why because ABSA charges for every little thing they can.

Never have I dealt with such bad service in my life as with ABSA Bank. First ABSA messes with my wife's saving account debiting her acc where no such order or permission was granted, apparently there is a clause in the T&C of the credit card that permits ABSA to do this, when asked for a copy, NO ONE can provide. Now ABSA is messing with my account.

I have also sent numerous emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] Chances of getting a satisfactory answer from ABSA 0% chances of changing banks. very good. Will ABSA care - NO!

I await a feedback from some competent.
