Good day. I had an accident last weekend during Saturday when my bakkie overturned and i had to call Outsurance for help. Gerard Jordaan handled the call and everything was immediately organized in a most professional and helpful way. The police was on the scene, the tow away vehicle arrived soon and i was kept in the loop with everything. Outsurance paid myself and the outstanding balance I owed the bank out during the week and i was pleasantly surprised how quickly everything was taken care of.
