After banking with absa for more than 5 yrs I get declined to settle accounts that I have outstanding outside the bank, I dont think absa is a peoples bank, after application I got feedback after a week, had to visi. 2 branches and no body could assist. I'm asking a bank tthat I bank with to clear loans from other banks so that I have or can improve my financial situation, but they cannot assist. I don't think its feasible to use Absa anymore as I think they lack reason for me to bank with them and I should close this account and bank with a more peoples bank that would understand their customers needs.
