I have called in a gazillion times, i even waited once for 30 minutes and not got an answer.
When i eventually get through to the call center, they are unable to assist me and are quick to transfer you to another department, where guess what, you got to hold on the line for another eternity.
Reaching the end of my 10-15days delivery time wait, and my latest update i got from them is that they experiencing a shortage of stock and this would take longer than expected. Why process an overflow of applications if you cannot deliver. It is just bad service. It would be courteous if you could have just called clients to notify them of any disruptions in service, i mean you are quick to call when selling your service.
Will i be moving to a new bank this christmas, or will how can we help you? come through
