Poor service

Ive applied for a savings account more than 2 months ago my card has not been delivered. On the 4th of January i was at the park town branch, i was told its delayed due to Christmas holidays. Today its the 25th of February no delivery still. But then i guess its the Christmas holidays. I want the card deliver to my office by closed of business 26.02.2013. Delivery address 26 Gerton Road, Park Town. If FNB cant deliver they must let me know. So much for a better service than bib bank.
